Shipping Policy

Quality craftsmanship takes time. But shipping shouldn't. At Taylor Creative Home, we offer three types of shipping options for your convenience.

White Glove Delivery: If you're located with 100 miles of one of our fabrication centers (New York or Los Angeles), our Taylor Creative team can hand deliver your new furniture at a pre-scheduled time of your choosing (two hour window). If you live outside of the delivery range, and your item is oversized / heavy enough to require White Glove service, our team will arrange for a third-party shipper to deliver this direct to your door. White Glove service means the delivery crew will bring these items into your home, unwrap them, and place them as requested. Third-party delivery teams will NOT be able to handle assembly of any items, however all items that require assembly will be sent with detailed instructions.

Standard Shipping: For items that are 100 lbs or less, we ship all items through a third-party shipper. Estimated costs and lead times are provided at the time of order placement.

Customer Pickup: For customers living near one of our fabrication centers (New York or Los Angeles), or for those who have their own means of transport, we offer the ability to pick up directly from our warehouse. To request this option, select "Pick Up" at checkout and a member of our sales team will contact you to provide additional instructions and confirm the time of pickup.
